Hi!
I'm Farah Sayegh, the heart behind "Radiate with Farah." My roots belong in Jordan, my upbringing in Canada, and my curiosity has taken me many places.
I spent years working in the heart of humanitarian crises, listening to and writing about the stories of people who had lost everything—but never their spirit. That work showed me the extremity of human vulnerability and resilience, connection, and the power of being heard. It opened my heart deeply, and eventually led me inward—toward healing, spiritual growth, and reconnecting with the quiet wisdom within.
Through Reiki, holistic health coaching, and reflections from life’s transitions, I now help others find their way back to themselves in the midst of the noise—with gentleness, honesty, and a little wild magic. I’m especially passionate about emotional resilience, our innate healing ability, and the sacred connection between our energy, our bodies, and the Earth.
This space—Radiate with Farah—is where I share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) about emotional well-being, identity, holistic health, and “coming home”. It’s a space to connect, to create community, and to hold space for anyone navigating life’s many transitions.
As a certified Reiki practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, my work blends ancient healing traditions with intuitive, integrative practices. Everything I offer comes from a place I’ve walked through myself—moments of burnout, deep healing, and rediscovering my inner compass. I believe that when we listen to our bodies, nurture our nervous systems, and align with the wisdom of nature, we remember who we really are.
Radiate with Farah isn’t just a space for services—it’s a space for soul. Through 1:1 sessions, workshops, and heartfelt writing, I hold space for people who are ready to come home to themselves. My hope is to build a gentle community—one rooted in honesty, connection, and shared humanity.
I don’t believe we need to be radiant all the time. But I do believe we can live in ways that bring more light in. I turn to simple practices—like prayer, meditation, walks under the sky, and the healing touch of music—to keep me grounded. And I’m endlessly inspired by the ocean, by beauty, and by the quiet moments where we remember: we’re not alone on this path.
